Their biographies are shown below:

KEITH MINTZER

Managing Partner

Keith Mintzer is recognized as one of the most proactive and results-oriented sales leaders in the technology channel segment. His track record of developing sales organizations who in turn, rapidly increase revenue, spans over 25 years and forms the foundation for his highly-regarded sales accelerator and training programs. From 1986 to 1995, Mr. Mintzer served as Vice President of Sales with GBC Technologies, a $500 million provider of communications and networking solutions. During that period, his strategic sales processes increased annual sales from $5 million to over $450 million. His performance gained GBC the distinction of being one of Inc. Magazine's "Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies" in the early 1990s.

Mr. Mintzer also served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Hayes Microcomputer Products, where he was responsible for re-engineering the sales and channel organization. A nationally-recognized speaker and trainer, Mr. Mintzer has also held senior sales and sales management positions with such companies as Xoriant Corporation, AbleSoft Systems, Reynolds & Reynolds Co. and Unisys.

RICK MEARES

Managing Partner

Rick Meares brings to his role as TSRI's Managing Partner more than three decades of experience in finance, sales, marketing and operational leadership within the technology sector.

As Senior Vice President of Operations for United Messaging, a leading enterprise messaging solutions provider, Mr. Meares was responsible for global operations and all customer-facing functions, including network operations, infrastructure growth, consulting services, field engineering, client service and help desk. Prior to that position, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Global Networks Technology, the professional services business of Cabletron Systems, a $1 billion global company that manufactures computer networking products.

In addition, Mr. Meares held the position of the President of Network Integration Consulting and Sales for Wang Global, where he oversaw more than 300 employees providing technical consulting to industry leaders like Ford Motor Company, Hughes Data Systems and the Veterans Administration. Mr. Meares has also served in management positions for Bell Atlantic Network Integration and Unisys Corp.

JEFFREY A. HOLLOWNICZKY, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hollowniczky joined TSRI in January 2010, bringing over 20 years of business management, finance, tax and accounting experience with him. He oversees all financial matters at the firm and also lends support in operational matters including strategic planning, infrastructure, process improvement and human resources.

Immediately prior to joining TSRI, Mr. Hollowniczky spent 10 years in the financial services industry holding two Chief Operating Officer positions overseeing all financial and operational matters. Earlier, Mr. Hollowniczky spent three years with PricewaterhouseCoopers as the business manager of a technology consulting practice. Mr. Hollowniczky began his career in public accounting working for a large local Philadelphia accounting firm providing audit, tax, accounting and business consultation services to a varied clientele. In all his positions, Mr. Hollowniczky has instituted the sound business practices necessary to sustain and grow a company in today's global economy.

Mr. Hollowniczky holds a BS in accounting from Rutgers University and is licensed in New Jersey as a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).

KRISTY CROTHERS

Director of Data and Operations

With more than 20 years of experience in project management within the technology industry, Kristy Crothers offers expertise in all facets of operations and sales campaign execution.

Previously an executive with Thomas Technology Solutions, Ms. Crothers has worked with such firms as CMP Media and Sterling Commerce. She holds a Masters of Science in Information Technology from Penn State University.

KELLI BRADLEY

Director of Quality Assurance

Offering a proven strategy for breaking down doors to key decision makers at Fortune 1,000 companies, Kelli Bradley was most recently Director of New Business Development at IKON Office Solutions. She managed outside sales representatives and was personally responsible for over $2,000,000 in new business in two years. She also maintained an existing client base, billing an excess of $100,000 per month in professional services.

Prior to this, Ms. Bradley founded and managed a highly successful telecommunications business from the ground up. She successfully built the business to $12 million in annual sales, with three office locations and 63 personnel.

KARLA WINTER

Director of Marketing

Karla Winter is a versatile and results-driven marketing professional who brings over 20 years of experience from Hewlett-Packard Company. She has a history of success in marketing diverse business products and services along with success in developing enterprise marketing programs and campaigns. She is experienced in all facets of outbound marketing including designing and deploying go-to-market programs; marketing communications; demand generation and web-based marketing. Ms. Winter has a BS in Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado and an MBA from Colorado State University.

JIM BERARDI

HP/MSC Sales Manager

With over 20 years experience in sales, sales management, and product management, Jim Berardi brings vast experience in account management to his role as Sales Manager for HP's Marketing Subsidy Center (MSC). His work history spans numerous vertical markets including aerospace & defense, education (K-12), major retail, Fortune 500, and state/local government business sectors. Mr. Berardi has worked with such companies as Boeing Inc., U.S. Air Force, Best Buy, Circuit City, Aramark and School Specialty.

Mr. Berardi also brings a strong understanding of technology channel sales, having worked at the manufacturer, distribution, and reseller's levels. He has consistently exceeded sales quotas and objectives in his sales career, most recently as a Business Development Manager for the Aerospace & Defense division at PRICE Systems.
