TSRI’s CustomerPulse® Feedback Program is a turn-key solution that allows you to measure your customers’ satisfaction without adding to your company’s administrative load.  In addition, customers tend to be more honest and direct about their feedback when satisfaction surveys are handled by a third party. 

How TSRI’s CustomerPulse® Feedback Program Works:

  • Choose the Approach that Works for You:  We build the program around your needs as well as your budget parameters.  Working with your TSRI Account Manager, you will choose among various options to create your customized program:
    • Written surveys, In-depth phone interviews or both
    • Number of distinct surveys required (i.e., develop a different set up questions for different “constituents” within the same client company)
    • Total number of surveys being administered on a monthly or quarterly basis
    • Any “incentive” you would like to offer (i.e., a $10 Starbucks Gift card) to encourage participation (TSRI will manage the administration of any incentive component)

 

  • Professionally Developed Surveying Tools designed to solicit honest and accurate feedback.  You will have the opportunity to “tweak” the content of these tools based on your specific market and/or product and service offerings.  .  

 

  • Monthly Reports and Analysis will provide both quantitative as well  as qualitative summaries of your customers’ responses.
