Integrated 3D Marketing Program

Marketing programs that are on-going and include multiple touch points can many times generate greater results. To this end, TSRI has created a 6-month integrated marketing program that includes a pop-up direct mail piece, email and personalized URLs (PURL). The details include:

  • Pop-up “burst’ mailer/semi-customized with Partner Logo and messaging mailed to a target audience of 500; each mailer is personalized with prospect’s name
  • Personal Landing Pages (PURLs) will be set up for each prospect; semi-customized with Partner logo and messaging (core content will be developed for four business units within HP)
  • Partner will have access to Campaign Dashboard to review response rates and other key stats on a real time basis
  • PURL will include a campaign landing page, survey/questionnaire/offer page/thank you page with reporting trigger setup.
  • PURL Hosting for six months
  • Six outbound emails to target audience of 500 (with opt out feature); creative will be semi custom to Partner; core will be pre-developed based on business unit
  • Partner will be able to log in to see real time activity on PURL and will receive email notifications when visitor requests info, etc.

Price:

  • $13,000 for six-month program Cost includes design/development/copywriting fees for mailer; PURL site and 6 emails; production of mailers (500); first class postage of postage of $.64/each mailer; set up of PURL; PURL Hosting for 6 months)
  • $7,200 for “lite” program Cost includes Pop-up “burst’ mailer/ semi-customized with Partner Logo and messaging mailed to a target audience of 500; each mailer is personalized with prospect’s name; will include incentive to call; one follow-up email blast to reiterate offer. Cost also includes design/development/copywriting fees for mailer and email; production of mailers (500); first class postage of postage of $.64/each mailer)
