Welcome Aboard Jason C. Morse New Telesales Manager Answers the TSRI “Call” to Action
TSRI announces the recent appointment of Jason C. Morse to the position of Call Center Manager. Jason heads the dynamic, virtual U.S. team of TSRI professionals who handle outsourced telesales for IT manufacturers, distributors and resellers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Jason brings with him close to 20 years of inside sales and call center experience with technology B2B firms like Broadlook Technologies, Equitrac, PRC and Dimension Data. His background boasts stints in training, program and quality management, as well as sales consultancy where he consistently exceeded quotas, enhanced team productivity and developed new coaching methodologies.
“Telesales is a core competency of TSRI,” notes Jason. “My team is comprised of seasoned individuals with strong sales experience within the IT sector. So they know what works and what doesn’t work. But we also have in place a strong ongoing training and certification program so that we can keep everyone up to speed on emerging technologies and trends.”
